As a founding Partner of the firm, she has been leading the firm in providing all the kind of commercial law advisory services., including the transactions advise and other aspects of Corporate Laws including the complex issues relating to company starting from incorporation till growth, profits, investment etc.

She is expert in providing one stop for solution for all kind of problems and issues a client may have in legal sphere. She believes in client satisfaction with the utmost care and caution to maintain and preserve the interest of clients.

Her area of also consists of regular appearances before The High Court of Gujarat, (India) handling matters concerning the area of Civil Litigations, Family Law, Education Laws, Employment Laws, Commercial Litigations, Medical Laws and Property Laws.

She has been recognised for her drafting and conveyancing as well as review skills of agreements to mitigate the risks of the Group Business.

Having first hand experience and practical knowledge of know how of Dispute resolution, Ms. Jagruti has been successfully managing the litigations arising out of the group businesses by reviewing the merits and highlighting the risks and advising the best way forward to minimise the risk based on the norms and International Commercial Laws. As a part there of she has been actively handling various Arbitration matters, independently, arising out of agreements or as orders by the respective Courts at various Levels. She has been leading Arbitrations in India with cross border issues, having International Laws into question. Currently also advising various companies for their arbitration into various parts of the world, focusing on London, Singapore - Black Chambers as well as in UAE region. She has also been advising German Law firm regarding Indian aspects of Laws and Arbitration with regard to cross border Contractual dispute into their matter before The Hague.

Award of excellence for the best research paper presentation by Indian Association of Medico-legal Experts at Riviera de Goa, on 21st-22nd February 2011, Goa. India.

Selected by the panel of judges for the appreciation to her oral research presentation at the University of Mauritius with the collaboration of Journal of Environment Research and Development on 16th - 18th September 2010 at University of Mauritius, Reduit; Mauritius.

Served as the Chief Executive Editor of Nirma University Law Journal.

One of the key achievements was to be appointed as chief coordinator to lead a batch for legal awareness camps at various villages, schools and Sabarmati Central Jail, Ahmedabad for providing pro bono legal aid to the needy.

Law’s Delay in All India Seminar on Judicial Reforms held on 23rd & 24th February, 2008 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The session was chaired by Hon ble Mr. Justice Tarun Chatterjee, Judge, Supreme Court of India. The Conference was inaugurated by Her Excellency the President of India Mrs. Pratibha Patil and presided over by Hon ble the Chief Justice of India Mr. K.G. Balakrishnan.

Cyber law, cyber crimes and Indian Perspectives in the Law & Technology conference held at University Institute of Legal studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India on 28th 29th September 2008.

"Private International Law" in the 37th Golden Jubilee Conference on International Law held on 23rd to 24th March, 2008 organized by the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL) New Delhi.

Paving the way towards Intellectual Property Rights protection in plant varieties especially in developing countries under Global Markets in the 2009 ILSA International Conference held at Kolkata, India on 22nd to 25th July 2009 organized by International Law Students Association in collaboration with National University of Juridical Science, Kolkata.
